This time it's my boss. she hire a indonesian maid to take care of her parents as both of them are unhealthy.
She insist in transfer salary to her maid's accound instead of cash. "Record is important. if I paid in cash, how should I prove I already paid it." she told me. "there's some problem with her account, she cant' withdraw her mony, help her solve this problem in the afternoon, here's a copy of her personal identification, ask B for detail."
"She forgot her password." B told me " so that she need her personal identification to change her password, but she don't have it now, her agent is update it for her. just give it a try, ask cashier for her if she can change her password with merely a copy."
the maid,M, come with me, whining in the language she's not famaliar with all along the road. "3 month already, my mother and my sons need money, I beg Lady to paid in cash but she refuse refuse, my agent ask me to ask Lady to paid in cash 'why not', they said."
those cashier refuse to change M's password with merely a copy, they apologize for all the inconvience we have. M complain again. in the hospital, M gaze at the water dispenser in hope, she's thirsty. she search for disposable cup in vain, just like her trying to withrdraw money today. because of environmental protection policy, there will be no disposable tableware in governmental hospital. "I will work for her only 2 years." she told me "it's too tired to take care of 2 sick oldmen at one time. It will be easier if I used my heart(用心) but...... "
later, B tell me M's personal identification will be ready in November. indeed, another 3 month for M to wait.
